The recycling of used batteries is crucial. It not only helps protect the environment and intelligently utilize resources, but also injects vitality into sustainable development. Ruiplanjun actively responds to the national dual-carbon strategic goals and continues to deepen its efforts in the fields of power battery recycling and resource recycling, assists in the research on the cascade utilization of power batteries, deeply explores the full life cycle value of power batteries, drives the large-scale development of the battery recycling industry, and achieves global Green development of new energy industry. By establishing a closed-loop system in the battery recycling business, we will create a green, low-carbon, efficient and sustainable ecosystem.

Our practice

On January 17, 2023, the company has obtained the echelon utilization type recycling qualification from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China only six years after its establishment, becoming a standard enterprise in the comprehensive utilization of new energy vehicle waste power batteries.

According to the "Industry Specifications for Comprehensive Utilization of Waste Power Batteries of New Energy Vehicles" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, "second-hand utilization" refers to the process of conducting necessary inspections, classifications, disassembly, battery repair or reorganization of waste power batteries into second-hand products so that they can be applied to other fields. REPT BATTERO has obtained the "second-hand utilization" qualification, which means that it can provide customers with overall life cycle solution services from design, research and development, production, sales, testing, installation, operation and maintenance support to recycling, comprehensively solving customer application needs and forming a complete waste battery recycling chain.

In terms of battery recycling, we cooperate with domestic and foreign suppliers to develop a wet recycling process to complete the recycling and reuse of valuable metals in batteries and achieve closed-loop carbon reduction of raw materials. In 2023, our Wenzhou base has successfully processed more than 9,000 tons of relevant valuable waste materials throughout the year, actively making substantial contributions to society. We deeply feel the great responsibility and will make unremitting efforts in the future to strengthen the layout of the battery recycling field and promote the progress of waste recycling work.
