At 14:00 on January 20, the 2024 annual summary of the board of directors of Qingshan Industry and the second Qingshan Model Worker Commendation Conference with the theme of "Inheriting the Ambition of Striving and Blooming the Brilliance of Innovation" was held at Qingshan Academy in Wenzhou. Xiang Guangda, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Qingshan Industry, and leaders of subordinate groups and related subsidiaries, totaling more than 500 people, gathered together to celebrate the event with laughter and joy.

At the meeting, Chairman Xiang Guangda delivered an important speech. He pointed out that in the development process of more than 30 years, the magic weapon for Tsingshan to maintain healthy and sustainable development is the company's "righteousness" culture, taking the right path and speaking righteousness, always acting in a positive manner both at home and abroad; Tsingshan has firm cultural confidence and has established a management model with corporate characteristics at each different stage, activating the innovative genes of each employee and creating a more inclusive entrepreneurial environment; Tsingshan will continue to expand domestic and overseas markets in the future. Overseas, we have more than ten years of development experience. Africa, Asia and other regions full of opportunities and potential will be important directions for Tsingshan's development.

The leaders of each group company attending the conference took turns to comprehensively review and recap the work of their group in 2024. While showcasing the highlights and achievements of the company, they also analyzed the existing problems and shortcomings.

At the Second Qingshan Model Worker Commendation Conference, eight model workers including Wang Jinmao, Su Yaojuan, Wu Shiming, Chen Jinchu, Jin Jinan, Zhou Xiaoming, Zang Haiyang and Qu Enci were commended. Although they come from different positions, they have the same enthusiasm and responsibility, diligence, and excellence, becoming well-deserved role models in everyone's hearts. In the solemn and warm atmosphere at the scene, Chairman Xiang Guangda presented them with awards. For receiving such a high honor, the eight model workers said: "The honor is not only a recognition of past achievements, but also an encouragement for future goals. In the future, we will continue to meet every challenge with enthusiasm, and never stop striving and fighting!"

The conference specially set up a "dialogue with senior leaders" session. Chairman Xiang Guangda, Huang Weifeng, special advisor to the board of directors of Qingshan Industrial, Jiang Haihong, chairman of Qingtuo Group, Xiang Binghe, chairman of Yongqing Group and other senior leaders actively interacted with the participants and discussed the issues that everyone was most concerned about, such as the forward-looking layout of enterprises, talent training, how to maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises, and how to promote better development of enterprises. The leaders deconstructed and analyzed the relevant topics around the actual cases in their own growth and enterprise development, conveyed their attitude towards talent training, and the concept that enterprises should focus on "internal training" when dealing with the changing market environment; and encouraged young people to break through their own bottlenecks and believe that there is nothing difficult in the world as long as they are willing to climb.

At the conference, Chairman Xiang Guangda awarded "Certificate of Appointment as Senior Expert in Emergency Management" to Zhou Yuquan, Jiang Jiabiao, Zhang Qianlin and three others. This is not only a support for safety management work, but also a higher requirement for the safe development of enterprises.

After the year-end summary and commendation meeting for model workers, a “People of One Heart Walk Together” art performance and New Year’s Eve dinner were held.
