Positive electrode

By using core-shell particles and graded particles, a lean design of particles at the nano level is achieved, which lowers the threshold for lithium ions to escape from the positive electrode, especially lowering the energy barrier for lithium ions to escape from the positive electrode under low temperature conditions, thereby improving the ability of lithium ions to escape in disguised form.

Negative electrode

Mercury battery's polycrystalline skeleton and fast-ion-coated graphite increase the path for lithium ions to embed into the negative electrode, allowing them to enter quickly and smoothly. At the same time, heterogeneous pole pieces and liquid-rich islands are adopted. According to the lithium ion concentration in different areas of the negative electrode, the corresponding negative electrode pole piece structure is designed to retain more electrolyte and lithium ions, providing better conditions for the rapid migration of lithium ions.

Electrolyte

High-pass film formation and low viscosity over the entire area significantly reduce the resistance of lithium ions moving from the positive electrode to the negative electrode and in the electrolyte at low temperatures, allowing them to swim freely, thus achieving ultra-fast charging of Mercury battery cells at all operating temperatures.

For the negative electrode, a cross-linked power grid is used, and for the positive electrode, nano-carbon is coated, bidirectional conductive foil, and low-resistance coating is used. The optimal current collector and structural parts pathways are designed through simulation, which reduces 20% of parts, reduces physical transmission paths, minimizes impedance, reduces heat generation in the battery cells, and improves the reliability and safety of the battery cells.
