Energy Storage Battery Pack

REPT BATTERO Y52 (52.25 kWh) and Y104 (104.5 kWh) LFP energy storage modules deliver high safety, reliability, and long service life, featuring IP67 protection, grid-based thermal isolation, fire detection, and thermal runaway suppression. Both models support coolant-free maintenance with intelligent self-sealing pipeline technology, ensuring ease of service and reduced downtime. Precise temperature control with < 3°C variance enhances performance and extends lifespan, while their compact, high-capacity design makes them ideal for a wide range of modern ESS applications.

Passenger Vehicle Battery Pack

Our Passenger Vehicles CTP project, featuring our first aluminum-alloy battery box for European OEMs, has passed design verification and is set for mass production in Q3 2025. We launched the innovative GREEN CTP system for individual cell replacement, completed simulations and testing, and developed a 4C fast-charging system achieving 10%–80% charge in under 10 minutes. Industry-first FDC and CMU integration is in mass production, cutting costs by over 2%, while a shift from aluminum to steel in 2025 will reduce costs by over 10%. Our self-developed BMS chip, with 60% localization, supports 48V–800V systems and reduces integrated costs by 10%.

Commercial Vehicle Battery Pack & Rack

For commercial vehicles, our highly integrated F-type standard box uses a unique integration design, delivering 100 kWh per pack with energy density ≥165 Wh/kg, weight efficiency ≥85%, and a 2C peak charging rate to meet heavy-duty truck needs. Its three-in-one high-voltage connector interface cuts material costs by 15%, while breakthrough safety technology ensures that even after thermal runaway, cells will not catch fire or explode, greatly enhancing safety for large-capacity LFP batteries.
