The highlight of the conference was the highly anticipated new product launch. Hou Min, Vice President of REPT BATTERO, Bai Xuejun, Project Director of REPT BATTERO and Huang Haining, Executive Vice President of the Yangtze River Delta Research Institute, respectively released new products for energy storage, passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle sectors.Through a technology feast covering full-scenario applications, they systematically demonstrated REPT BATTERO’s strong R&D capabilities and product layout.

In the energy storage segment, REPT BATTERO’s energy storage battery cells based on Wending® Technology have achieved comprehensive breakthroughs in capacity and efficiency, and the company released a full-matrix solution from cells to systems:
- 392Ah Battery Cell: Its capacity is 25% higher than that of the 314Ah model, with a single-cell power of 1.25kWh. It has an energy efficiency of up to 95% under 0.5P operating conditions, supporting full-scenario coverage from household energy storage to grid-side applications and promoting energy storage cells toward large capacity and platform generalization.
- Ultra-Large Capacity 588Ah Battery Cell: Takes it a step further, with a single-cell power increased to 1.88kWh. Relying on the shortest electron transfer path and fastest ion transmission speed brought by Wending® Technology, it achieves a high balance among energy, safety, and cycle life. With over 10,000 cycles and an ultra-long service life of 25–30 years, it becomes a benchmark product in the long-duration energy storage field, truly balancing efficiency and durability.
- Powtrix® 6.25MWh Energy Storage System: Achieves a leap in comprehensive performance—its areal energy density increases by 25%, integrated cabin cost decreases by 10%, overall station land use is reduced by 16%, and on-site working hours are cut by 18%. The system has a high energy efficiency of 95.5% and 2A active balancing capability, supporting stable operation in the wide temperature range of -40℃ to 60℃. It meets high-intensity earthquake resistance requirements, realizes zero thermal propagation, and enables convenient transportation—providing a highly reliable and efficient complete solution for energy storage scenarios.
Passenger Vehicle Power
In the passenger vehicle power segment, REPT BATTERO’s Wending® Technology drives travel innovation.
- Wending® Hybrid 4C Ultra-Fast Charging Battery Cell: Achieves an average 4C and peak 6C fast charging with super thermal management in the wide temperature range of -40℃ to 60℃. It balances high energy and high safety, fully meeting multi-scenario needs—making daily commuting worry-free and long-distance travel hassle-free.
- Matching Wending® Hybrid 4C Ultra-Fast Charging System: Volume utilization rate reaches 70%, with an energy density of 140Wh/kg. It features top-level dust and water resistance (IP68) and zero thermal propagation, ensuring safety and strong performance.
- Wending® Solid-Liquid Hybrid Manganese Battery: Finds a perfect balance among cost, safety, and performance through core processes such as single crystallization and precise doping, and is about to enter mass production.
- Wending® Solid-Liquid Hybrid High-Nickel Battery: With a high energy density of 310Wh/kg, as well as wide temperature range and high power performance, it focuses on cutting-edge fields such as eVTOL aircraft and robots, demonstrating infinite application potential.
Commercial Vehicle Power
New products in this segment directly address core pain points of commercial scenarios:
- F Battery Pack: Boasts 600kWh system capacity and 1.5C direct charging capability, achieving a “megawatt ultra-fast charging” breakthrough in the electric heavy-duty truck field.
- S Battery Cluster: Adopts a frame-free design, reducing height by 10% while increasing capacity by 13%—realizing “more capacity without extra cost”.
- Heavy-Duty Truck Chassis-Specific Battery Pack: Its height is reduced from over 2m to less than 650mm, with the system supporting up to 800kWh capacity for LFP battery. The weight integration efficiency reaches 80%, and its “large yet stable” design solves the problems of high center of gravity and load loss, ensuring lower center of gravity and safer driving.
- Mercury268Ah Ultra-Fast Charging Battery: Supports a maximum sustained 4C charging, serving as a “revenue multiplier” for trunk logistics. It can replenish 240km of range in 15 minutes; it is estimated that the 27 minutes saved per charge will generate at least RMB 300,000 additional revenue over five years.
- Mercury324Ah Long-Life Battery: Features a 30% longer lifespan, eliminating “lifespan anxiety” in closed scenarios—extending from 8 years/1.2 million km to 10 years/1.5 million km.
- Mercury NCM Battery: Enables flexible configuration of 800–1000kWh via an integrated chassis solution, reducing weight by 1.5–2 tons compared with LFP systems. This effectively improves the vehicle’s load capacity and range. It is estimated that the system can achieve a fast payback period of 1.5–1.8 years and bring RMB 200,000–300,000 additional revenue to customers within five years. In terms of safety, it integrates “Venturi” safety technology at both cell and system levels to build a multi-layer protection system. Meanwhile, relying on Tsingshan Industrial Group’s full industrial chain control capability, it ensures stable product supply and controllable costs, providing customers with a reliable value alliance.
