The Kanuma project is sized at 1.99MW/8.35MWh. REPT BATTERO provided full‑cabinet supply of its 417kWh liquid‑cooled outdoor DC energy storage cabinets as the core equipment.
Operating as an independent energy‑storage facility, the project generates revenue by participating in Japan’s grid frequency‑regulation ancillary service market, capacity market and electricity spot market.
